About the Author

Neal Pirolo is the founder and director of Emmaus Road, International. His background is in education. With a BA in Bible and in Education, and an MA in Educational Administration, he has his California Teaching and Administrative Credentials. He has taught and/or administered students from preschool through post graduate in public and/or private schools in the USA, Peru and Brazil. He founded one Christian school. He is also an ordained minister.

For the past 25 years Neal has either ministered cross-culturally or has been involved in training others for cross-cultural ministry, the sending church as well as the missionary. He has been privileged to visit and/or minister in 46 other countries as well as throughout the United States of America.

Neal and his wife, Yvonne, live in San Diego, California. They have four adult children and eleven grandchildren.
