Nice Item
Overall this is a very nice item. I have been using it to make Mojitos and it works wonderfully. The only negative thing I have to say about it is the handle could be longer.

Could be better
I bought this because I like the idea of using a nice rounded wood muddler instead of one of those metal and plastic ones to gently crush instead of mash abusively. I was dissappointed when I got it because the end were digned up a bit, which made me wonder if they send me a used one. I'm hoping that's not the case.

Size does matter,

I agree with the last review. This muddler is great but it is too short. When I make Mojitos I like to muddle my mint in the cocktail shaker. Unfortunately, due to this length challenged muddler, I invariably cut up my hand and fingers on the edge of the metal shaker. No biggie, but the little bit of blood that ends up in the shaker does give the drink a curious tint. Nevertheless my guests just love the taste of my Mojitos. I just tell them that the tint is from a secret ingredient. Pass the band-aids please.
