5.0 out of 5 stars convenient May 27, 2009
By Mia
I really like this Sistema KLIP IT line. Made in New Zealand, this lunch container is separated into two sides:

SIDE 1 is partitioned in 2 sections and good for smaller snacks like grapes, wheat thins, Cheezits, Cheetos etc... Chips like Doritos or Tortillas may not easily fit because they are large and uneven in size.

SIDE 2 is large enough to hold two stacked wonderbread peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (can support slightly wider bread). Though this side is enclosed with it's own cover (flap with a clip), wouldn't recommend for storing liquid based foods. Cover's purpose is only to separate sides, not to fully insulate foods from leakage.

I ride the metro to work, so it's a space saver in my bag and isn't a heavy or bulky nuisance. I don't eat sandwiches everyday but sometimes when in a hurry, this is a nice item to have on the go.

5.0 out of 5 stars Buy at Bed Bath & Beyond for way less July 18, 2012
Love this product! I was tired of all the plastic waste from a typical packed lunch and went in search of something to fix that problem, and something that my little kids (1, 2, and 4 yrs) could hold in the car. These are perfect for them. And as an added bonus they fit great in all types of lunch boxes/bags..... PBK Mackenzie lunch bag, regular size Disney lunch bag, and I can get five of them into my thirty-one picnic thermal with a little room left for drink boxes. The latch is easy enough for the 2 and 4 yr old to operate. The size will hold a regular sandwich, and then two sides (apples slices, crackers, cheese sticks, etc) I agree with other reviewers that the divider on the one side will allow liquids to move about. I get around this by placing the napkin on top of the sandwich area before flipping on top of the second section and clipping. This will prevent most moisture from getting to the other side, clearly you can not pack soup.

Amazon is wonderful, but the price on this item is way too high. Bed, Bath, and beyond carries this product online (free shipping on this item) and in the store for $4.99. Buy three and use your $5 off of $15 coupon and you get them for about $3.65 each.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for younger kids March 26, 2011
I am so excited about this product! My 3 year old can not put lids on tupperware, so when he would bring his left overs home from lunch, they would spill out into his lunch box. This solves my problem! I've searched every where to find a container that has the lid still attached that would be easier for small children to manage! BRAVO Sistema! I even bought for friends as gifts! LOVE THESE!
