I found this book in the bookstore and I enjoyed this book so much. I have had this book for some years now and I go back and read it periodically. The book lets you see what a lot of Black Women go through in American trying to survive the day to day issues. I have had this book for some years and I go back and read it every two years. I think every Black Women should take a read at this book, you will most likely find one or two of the stories that mirror your life. Hopefully Mrs. Reid-Merritt will write another book on the same subject but different women.
