This is my favorite and most frequently referenced cookbook.

The recipes I've tried in this book are quick and easy to use and I usually have most all of ingredients on hand! Or I can often find a recipe that fits the ingredients I do have on hand. The recipes range from basic to some great but simple serve for company meals. Even my husband will cook using this cookbook!

My wife has cooked many delicious easy meals from this book. In fact she has basically trashed it over the last 5 years and so I'm buying her a new copy!

I first bought this book in 1991 after having dinner at a friend's house where every dish came from this cookbook. Since then, I have tried almost every recipe and have bought a total of 6 copies for birthday gifts, bridal shower presents, and going away to college gifts. Most of my favorite dishes come from this cookbook and friends are always asking for my special dinner rolls(jiffy cake mix is the secret ingredient). I own several cookbooks but when I'm in a bind and I need to make something fast and don't want to go to the store for more ingredients--I always pull out Six Ingredients or Less. You can tell. It has more splatters on its pages than all my other cookbooks combined!
