Six O'Clock Solutions has wonderful recipes. I've tried the Open-Faced Vegetable Melt, Vegetarian Pizza, Chunky Vegetable Soup and the Pound Cake Recipe. They all were delicious and easy. This is a very good buy through Amazon.

I use this book almost every day. In fact, I credit it for helping me to stay excited about about eating right by keeping my meals varied and interesting. If you didn't know better you would think these gourmet tasting foods were off limits to dieters. I was skeptical of some of the receipes initally because of the specialty ingredients but I quickly learned to trust that was exactly what makes the recipes so great. We are eating far more healthy and definitely more delicious meals since I found this treasure. My spouse didn't need to lose weight and still feels like he is being treated as opposed to punishd with traditional "diet food" and he is proud of my 35 pound weight loss. The kids don't care for the flavors that we enjoy so much, but I can easily please them with the basic unflavored main ingredients (like unsauced chichen or pasta). This book continues to be an important tool in my personal weight management program.

Weight Watchers provides us with a great number of good recipes. The best thing going for Weight Watchers is their low fat recipes do not taste low fat. My husband and I have lost about 20 lbs with their program. We have never been disapointed in any of the recipes in this book. You do not have to be on the program to enjoy their recipes. For us WW folks ever wonder what you can do with 6 points? Well this book will help you!
