This is an excellent quick reference book for both the beginner at Six Sigma and the expert. It is more helpful at the Green Belt level than the Black Belt Memory Jogger

with 1 year experience in process engineering. It's good for beginner in six sigma, you still need some industrial experience to really master it. Follow amazon's recommendation to buy its complementary-six sigma black belt

A good memory reminder for things you already have to know... Small, pocket size... Fonts are really small, but in such a small book, it is quite mandatory!

Unfortunately, my arms are getting a little short for my eyes and the print would strain the eyes of a hawk. Those who are in their 50's will understand this comment.

That said, this little book packs quite a bit of good information into a very compact space. The cover indicates the book is for Six Sigma Improvement Teams. I purchased this for my own use, but there would be great benefit in giving this to team members who are just learning Six Sigma. Truely a great reference.

I wish I had purchased the Kindle version which actually would have been less expensive.

It's a very basic overview of concepts. I was hoping this would be a comprehensive means to review DMAIC statistical tools and methods, but it falls short in that regard.

I never paid attention to the pocket-size of this book, but after receiving it, I took photocopies to enlarge it to the normal size. It explains it all in a consice way and straight to the point. I very recommend this title.

The Six Sigma Memory Jogger is a compact comprehensive reference guide for Six Sigma work.

I ordered 12 of them for my team at work. When shipped, loose in a box with not enough packing material to stabilize the books, they arrived battered. Amazon was quick to send a second order and I have to say that this is the only shipment from Amazon that I ever had a problem with. In my book they went to 99.9% from 100%

The book was received quickly, in the condition described and at significant savings over the campus bookstore.
