Great product, great flavor that only added to the enjoyment of feeling the pumps the next day. I think you can probably get more creatine in other products than this, but if you want to put it down without the need to mix it with something then this will do the job well.

tastes great. when i use creatine i usually will use both creatine and protein powder. it works suprisingly fast and i have been using it on and off for a few years and this is the only brand i would use.

This is the best product for recovery after a hard workout. My only gripe is that I wish it had less sugar in it.
