I was in the test studies for this program & must tell you it really works. It is so much more than just a diet book. It covers everything. Amy Cotta didn't leave anything out. During the first 10 days it was not easy but I have learned usually things that work are not easy. After 10 days it did get easier as I was seeing results. After six weeks everyone saw the results. I was svelte!! So lean & tone. I've never seen myself like that...EVER!!! I can't wait for my copy to arrive. January 1st I am starting again. Look out Valentine!
I went from a size 9 MISSES to a size 4 JUNIORS with this diet and haven't gain a single pound back. For the fist time in my life this program really changed my eating habits and now I even crave what I started eating when I was doing the program for the first 6 weeks. I can't exercise intensely due to health problems, but the exercises in this program are not exhaustive and I was able to do them with no problems. I can only say one more thing: Thank you AMY COTTA for this wonderful product !!!
Book was easy to read, but just the same old stuff. Also I could not find a group on My Fitness Pal, or any of the information she said was on her website. Her website didn't seem to be very professionally managed and was outdated in some information. My advice, go to Jullian Michaels website for 30 day shred and just watch what you eat. You will be in skinny jeans in 30 days not 6 weeks.
