Joe Hefferon's, The Sixth Session was amazing. It was dark, intriguing and considering some horrific details, a surprising page-turner for me. I've read David Balducci and Joe Hefferon's storytelling meets, if not exceeds, Mr. Balducci's. The main character's relationships with his brother and dead wife are as emotional as the crime scenes were abhorrent. There was a mix of light and dark that made this usual romance reader a fan of this highly detailed cop drama. Excellent work, Mr. Hefferon. Kudos!
