I am not a proficient cook, but I do grill inside. I was attracted by the delicious-looking phtography but hooked by the fact that the directions are simple and you can do them inside. Julie takes care to make any NZ references translate into US shopping terms. I have only made my first recipe but felt like a "chef" in making it. It was wonderful! Also, these are really healthy but flavorful recipes, something I especially want. Thanks, Julie!

I just bought my first grill and now I have the most amazing recipes to try out. The Asparagus and mint proscuitto wraps turned out exactly as they look in the mouth watering photo and tasted just as good. I can't wait to try every recipe, especially the desserts. The instructions are easy to follow, making any grill cooking novice seem like a master. After showing the cookbook to my friends, (they were fascinated by the recipes and photos) now want their own copy. This is truly the best cookbook I have found.

Julie Biuso appropriately named her cookbook "SIZZLE!" The pictures of the prepared dishes make your mouth water and the recipes are simple to follow yet interesting combinations of ingredients I would not have thought to combine-pumpkin seeds, watermelon, and feta cheese in a salad, and sugar, basil leaves, and butter on a tomato! This book is a must to keep open and enjoy in everyone's kitchen.

I thought I didn't need another cookbook, and then I came across Julie Biuso's SIZZLE and I was hooked...mainly because I like easy delicious unpretentious but impressive recipes. And outdoors to boot! I've tried four or five of the recipes and can't wait to keep on going. I've never recommended a cook book before, but I highly recommend this one, especially if you love to entertain on the patio or deck but not work overly hard to prepare the event. That's me! Something new, easy, and delicious to sizzle on the barbecue. Five Stars.

We really like this book. The food combinations are interesting and delicious. We are trying several recipes each week and haven't been disappointed yet. Although you think of BBQ for dinner we love the breakfast, and salad recipes as well. There are even some really cool dessert receipes. Literally everything can be done on the grill. Its going to be perfect for summer cooking. Best of all, the ingredients are things you actually have in your kitchen! There is a section on BBQ know how as well as a glossary. The book is loaded with gorgeous photos so we are ordering several more copies as gifts for friends.

I absolutely cherish my new cookbook by Julie Biuso. My husband and I both love to barbeque and try new recipes. Julie has given us some of the easiest, yet tastiest recipes of all. To top it off, the book is immensely helpful in providing new ways to display the food--makes me look like a gourmet chef! This book is quite an achievement to say the least.
I read in the book that Julie received a World Cookbook award--ditto on that honor!!

Just got my copy of Sizzle after hearing several friends rave about it, and the photos alone made my mouth water. Julie has a wonderful writing style so I had fun just reading through all the recipes. Can't wait to get started.
