Step into high fashion with this playfully decorous gold-tone Skagen stainless steel women's watch, which is highlighted by a sparkling bezel filled to the brim with Swarovski crystals. Manufactured in Austria, Swarovski crystals are machine-faceted, optically pure, and made of 32 percent lead, producing a highly refractive quality. This mid-sized square watch case measures 22mm (0.9 inches) wide and an amazing 4mm (0.16 inches) thick. It has a mother-of-pearl dial face with gold-tone baton hands and Arabic numeral markers. It's topped off by an elegant pearlized napa leather strap in light green that tapers slightly and is accented with gold zig-zag stitching along the sides. Other features include a scratch-resistant mineral crystal and precise Japanese quartz movement.

All Skagen stainless steel watch cases and bands are constructed from durable 100 percent solid stainless steel, and is nickel safe and hypoallergenic for sensitive skin. This watch is backed by Skagen's limited lifetime warranty, which covers all parts except strap, crystal and battery.

I received this watch fairly quickly with priority USPS shipping. It came in a flimsy padded envelope, without the usual Skagen watch box. When I opened it, the watch had obvious defects in the strap (the leather was wrinkled and discolored). It was advertised as a new in the box product, not used or defective. I have requested a return authorization # as per their instructions, and because it was not my fault, I asked for a UPS prepaid label to return it to them. Also, I now notice that the company only offers replacements, if it is defective. That's not fair. So far, no response from customer service, though. I probably will never order from them and tell my friends and family not to either....
