Very confortable but at the same time you can't avoid exercising your leg muscles, especially calves and femoral biceps. Even though "normal" walking becomes a bit more difficult I am extremely satisfied by this product and strongly recommend it.

My husband was doubtful about his Skechers Shape Ups because he was afraid of falling. He decided to use them on the treadmill, and found they are very helpful in providing a full workout, especially for the legs. I have been wearing MBTs for years, and was glad to see a less expensive alternative is now available.

Timely delivery is a plus factor for amazon.com. When I first saw the item over the net I thought it looked cool but, really its way impressive in terms of the cool factor and the performance that it advertises. There's just one catch, the felt or suede like skin suggests extra care has to be taken.

I got these shoes to add something daily activities outside my workouts. Man, I love them! They work your calves, legs and glutes. They are super comfortable, and i could wear them all the time.

Very comfortable shoes and took me no time at all to get used to. Fit and finish is excellent. No complaints and I'll probably buy another pair in a different style later.

these are the greatest shoes....I wear them when I walk and they are also very comfortable.....they do keep you in
shape and strengthen your legs, etc....I would highly reccommend them to anyone who walks and would like to keep a
toned trimed down bottom half......

My husband and I each got a pair of these. The first week of wearing them our legs hurt so bad we could hardly sit down! They really do work! I even wear mine to aerobics. We love these shoes!
