This is my 2nd time buying Sketchers for my husband. He walks a lot at work and these are one of the most comfortable shoes he has ever worn. AND they wear very well! The soles are extremely durable; if one wears these every day they will be extremely pleased. They also clean up nicely - I have never had to wash them by machine so I cannot advise on that process. They just get brushed and wiped a bit. I am actually quite surprised by the excellent quality I find in Sketchers sneakers.

I am not sure why, but these particular shoes are getting rather difficult to find in retail stores in our area. I am on my feet a lot at work and do a lot of walking. For the price, these are probably the most comfortable and long lasting shoe I have ever worn. I have several pair of them because when I do find them, I buy two pair at a time.

I must admit to being rather rough on shoes but these things hold up just as well as shoes that I have paid four and five times more for.

These shoes give you plenty of toes room and the cushioning is wonderful. I tend to land rather hard on my heels when I walk and the cushion in these shoes is perfect.

Of course as the shoes become a bit worn for the work place, they go into my outdoor walking and scrounging around shoe pile; they work wonderfully for that purpose also. The sole is quite even and stable which helps prevent ankle strain or sprain when moving over rough ground. I have one old pair; really, really old and beat-up, which I use for my creek wading. Of course it does take awhile to wear a pair of these out and they clean up quite well using only a damp cloth and a brushing now and then.

For the price it is really rather difficult to beat these things.

If you have any trouble with these shoes Sketchers will not stand behind their product. You will not be easily supported nor will you get a replacement/coupon/reimbursement for or towards another pair of shoes. I had a pair of sketchers that started falling apart after a week. The store would not take the worn shoes back and told me to contact Sketchers. So I did, and sent along pictures for their inspection. I was told that I would have to ship them in at my cost, with delivery confirmation because they are not responsible for packages and they would deem them to either be intentionally damaged or a manufacturing defect. Their Customer service reps are rude, and short and offered me no other options.
