Definitely not JTHM
Purchased this on a recommendation that if you liked Johnny the Homicidal Maniac you would like this. While the art style is slightly reminiscent and the humor attempts to be similar at times, IMHO, it's really not anywhere near as good. Anyone without a saw up there butts would love this hilarious masterpiece. Don't let what shirts are the in thing at HOT TOPIC (People who only love JTHM) choose what is great for you. Keep on rocking the Penis humor Tommy.

Purchased this on a recommendation that if you liked Johnny the Homicidal Maniac you would like this. While the art style is slightly reminiscent and the humor attempts to be similar at times, IMHO, it's really not anywhere near as good. The creation story was humorous, the best part of the book, and it rapidly went downhill from there. It's simply a mix of vulgarity for the sake of being vulgar and penis jokes which you may find entertaining but not what I was hoping for.

I ordered this product on 04/09. Amazon.com quoted a delivery of 2-15 business days, then gave the estimated delivery as 04/16. When it wasn't delivered on that date, I contacted Amazon and was referred directly to the seller. They stated 4-21 days for delivery and advised me to send an e-mail if I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund. I wanted the product so I did not send an e-mail. On 05/07, after both delivery timelines had expired with no product, I e-mailed again, very upset, asking for the situation to be resolved. I then received an e-mail stating that I would be receiving a refund, which I absolutely did not ask for.
I am extremely disappointed in Amazon.com and the seller. There is obviously poor communication between the two, if the delivery estimates can't even correspond. Part of my purchase was made on an Amazon.com gift certificate, so there is still a balance there. I am going to let that balance expire rather than do business with Amazon.com again and I will be certain to tell anyone who asks me not to use your service. |
