I don't think these were big sellers at Home Depot, but I took a chance and dusted one off and paid the on-sale price. I am very pleased with the purchase, this is a quality medium powered driver. Cordless screwdrivers are my most often used tool, and this Skil looks like it might last a lot longer than my 3 previous Black and Deckers. The size is perfect and I liked the extra bits/holder that was included.

I was amazed with the power despite the small size.

Positives: I liked that this had adjustable torque and a sensitive trigger to change the speed. My wife appreciates the forward/reverse light on top. Battery life is awesome.

Negatives: It wasn't able to drive 3 inch screws but that does require a lot of torque. There's a little play, in and out, with the bit. I'm not sure if this is just a problem with mine or if this is a normal issue.

I was able to get it for less than fifty dollars. Probably not quite a powerful as a Bosch PS20-2 Litheon 10.8-Volt Lithium-Ion Pocket Driver but for half the price I won't be complaining. This is the tool I now reach for when doing most around the house jobs.

This item is great for small jobs. But not for jobs that that takes a lot of power.

I used this thing once then not again for 6 months. By that time the battery was dead and would not charge. To change the battery, the manual says use a flat screwdriver to take the screws out but the sacrews are tiny and not flat head. They would not come out with normal efforts. I threw the thing away and will not buy one again.

This drill has the right size and opower that fit my needs perfectly. Now if it would just maintain a charge it would be the perfect tool. I have had two of these drills. The first one did not hold a charge and was useless after about six months. Luckily it was under warranty and the manufacturer replaced it with a refurbished one. This is a great screwdriver for small projects around the house. The battery will hold its charge for months, which means that you will be able to use it right when you need it (without having to recharge it every few days).
