I just had to send a review upon receiving this item. The plastic storage case is badly molded, so that the drill bits won't come out of their slots. You need a screwdriver to pry them out (really!), and then you risk breaking the smaller bits. With the case this badly made, I am not optimistic about the bit quality. Should have spent the money for quality.

I have to second the last reviewer. The bits have to be pried out of the box and it gets annoying after a while. I threw it away and replaced it with a case where they are held loosely.
