I have been using this saw (along with regular HD77) ever since I worked in construction - for 5 years now. Very dependable, hardly anything brakes. Numerous times I witnessed this saw dropped from the roof of the 2-story house and still run (although the table usually takes some damage and has to be replaced eventually if you want to keep your cuts straight). Sometimes lumber gets dropped on it, it gets kicked while on the ground - in short, this saw takes all the abuse of fast paced production. The only problem I noticed is that HD77 MAG seems to trip the GFI breaker more often in Seattle winter wet conditions than the regular HD77. That's the only reason I rated it 4 stars.

Like the other HD77 but it's lighter. The only thing is I didn't care much for the twist lock connection that this saw came with. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it came with it. Had to change the chord to a regular one for convenience.
