Easy to read and easy to follow directions with good photos and nutrition info. Good Variety of Recipes. I was looking for a book on electric skillet recipes but this book is for any skillet and the recipes that I have tried are good.

It's not full of every recipe you could ever want. However, it's perfect for an easy dinner idea - good pictures - easy to follow and very easy to prepare and clean up.

My own fault. I thought this was a cookbook for an electric skillet. It is not. I will probably give this away for Christmas.
