This is a great video for anyone needing to learn a few tricks to add to their bag of cool stuff they can do, especially actors. It covers some basic tumbling moves, several handstands, 3 ball juggling, and one bar trapeze techniques.However, some specialized equipment such as gymnastic mats and a trapeze is required to perform some of the stuff demonstrated in the videos.(It's also cheaper than hiring a gymnastics teacher, or a juggling teacher too) |
