The "study" guide does not even contain answers to the "study" questions! How could this possibly be useful. No one in my class thought it was worth purchasing...

This was "recommended" by my nursing faculty. The problem is, the answers are not in the book, you have to find the teachers copy to check yourself! This is stupid! I live 1 hour away from school and my instructers wern't even sure they had an answer book. How can you learn by "self testing" if you can't check your own answers in a timely manner. Useless.

The study guide was a waste of money, you are better off registering your book through evolve and participating in the on-line tests.

Not much of a study guide-more of a check-off list. Somewhat helpful though rather poorly organized. Students would find it worth while to purchase the clinical companion to this textbook rather than the study guide.

Unless it is required by the instructor, don't bother to buy this study guide.
Here are the reasons why the study guide is a waste of money:
1. Some questions do not even make sense.
2. There is inadequate space to write the answers, unless you're okay with just writing the page number of the answers you're taking from.
The textbook itself is also not a great purchase (I reviewed the textbook separately)
3. For matching parts or multiple choices, answer keys should have been given on the back of the book to gauge how well you did. And there are no answers!

I don't know how else I would express my frustration!

Text is very good and useful for nursing students. Order was great and came on time and in condition described in the add. Thank you.

This study guide has not been very helpful, but if you use the B&S med-surg book for nursing school, I would purchase that studyguide and handbook, I found them very helpful.

I purchased this study guide along with the textbook. I never got past the first chapter because it is supposed to be the type of book that you write your answers to the questions under the question itself but they do not provide even close to the amount of space needed to write an answer. So, you have to write them in a notebook and if you want everything in front of you at once, you have to rewrite the questions! VERY frustrating! I admit, I cannot speak to the content anymore than that because I quit using it before I was done with the first chapter.

The study guide has been helpful. One thing that is rough about this guide is that the answers are not there. You have to go through the book and hope that you have the answers that P&P are looking for. That is a bit frustrating. However, it is a good review for tests.
