I agree with the first comment in that it works well as long as you continuosuly use it and always monitor the affected area. But as soon as I ran out and stopped using it everything returned. It has been a a couple of days since I stopped and can't stand the itching. So it does work, but it will be a product that you have to use for a lifetime it seems.

I've been using this product since 2006 after reading about it in a beauty magazine. Being a black male, I have really sensitive skin, and I get razor bumps. This product is really good for maintaining clearer skin. Note, though it's though continued use. If you run out, make sure you have more on hand, because sometimes the problems come back if you stop using the product. But other than that, it works as described. And I like this product a lot. If you have keloids, it helps control them too. But dosen't totally remove them, it's great for an acne treatment ointment also. It has a range of uses to keep your skin looking nice and healthy! It's recommended that you get one of the B&C Skin Tight Moisturizers. To help enhance what the ointment is already doing for your skin. It's an amazing product, especially for people of color.

African american skin. It worked well as long as I applied it two times a day and was careful when shaving.

Purchased several times but only the 2oz version which ran for $12! Not much else to say but a great product at an even better price, for those who have problems with in-grown hair. Spread the word and help others in need.
