The book is easy reading, interesting and informative.
It's unlikely to convince anyone with the ability to read even a bit critically, which is too bad, because I sympathize overall with the book's basic message.
'Skinny Bastard' is for men and looks like it may have a few additional tid-bits that its female equivalent doesn't.
