I think these tunes would be perfect for working out (catchy beat, great vocals, etc.), but I am keeping my dics in my office for frequent play to have a nice, gentle reminder of the various joys of staying the weight-loss/fitness course. I feel like the CD serves as a personal coach of sorts, but it's a heck of a lot cheaper!! The lyrics are hilarious. Not preachy, condescending, or in any way belittling. It's all feel good and fun.

This music is so much fun for those inspiring to lose those extra lbs.
And, who knows, it might even have a subliminal effect...listening may lead to extra weight loss.

Ladies! This is a really fun album, and it makes a great gift for your girlfriends. I bought it on the recommendation of a friend who has just started a new workout program. Actually, I find I'm enjoying it while driving. The lyrics are empowering for women. It's a great gift for women/girls of all ages.

I'm a fan of the lyrics which just get to the core . . . GREAT lyrics set to really great music by these new artists. I don't know their work but I WANT to hear more.

And . . my big honking boy DOG Shane (the Golden Retriever) seems to love the songs and gets really excited when I put them on and HE wants to "go for a walk" when he hears them. So we now have the canine vote and perhaps the first guy who gets it. I guess he wants me to get as skinny as I can rocking out to actually deliver him a man to be his best friend .

Go figure but I highly recommend this!

Great music makes a great work out easy--or easier, anyway! Highly recommend this fun, clever cd. Good tunes, laugh-out-loud lyrics. Skinny jeans, skinny jeans, zip 'em right up!

What a perfect holiday gift!
Everyone i have given it to loves it and it is unique. Fun for the gym but addictive in the car too.
