I have used a screen protector of some kind on every one of my handhelds from my first cellphone up through my psp, and this is the best I have ever seen.

The package instructions are a little intimidating at first, requiring you to shutoff the device and remove its battery. It went on surprisingly easy for how involved the process looked on paper, dedicate some actual time to it and do it right and it looks amazing. Took 3 minutes to install and I am confident I could use my phone as a shuffleboard puck and not scratch it or have the film come off.

This thing is amazing. I've used other screen protectors in the past but this one has the best feel. While some other protectors have a cheap plastic feel, this one feels like the actual face of the phone if not better. The bark is must worse than the bite for the directions. Do a test run first and know the steps for applying the screen and you'll be fine. Don't worry about the bubbles when you first put it on, they'll fade in a few hours.

This was a snap to install and is the nicest screen cover I've ever had.

I installed mine on a Palm Pre Plus, kept my fingers and the screen cover wet, and it slid into place with absolute ease on the very first attempt.

It should be noted that the cover fits on top of the Palm Pre Plus: there are no round edges at all, so it is a surface mount. (Several other reviews seem to indicate applications on phones with corner issues.)

I'm used to using the stiff film type of covers with tacky backs, and I've always had decent luck getting them into place, but this was easier than any of those.

The feel of the Skinomi is nice as well: there is almost a softness to it which was a nice and unexpected extra.

I followed the direction regarding leaving the phone off for 12-24 hours, and I had no residual bubbles or hazy areas after reinstalling the battery and restarting the phone.

The Skinomi has been on my Palm Pre Plus for several weeks now, and it's still as nice as the first day of use.

Lots of the screen protectors are designed for the Pre, which has a button at the bottom. Wanted one that fits properly. This one does.

Went on easily without bubbles. Works Well.

Supposed to be that new self-healing scratch correcting plastic. My previous screen protectors on lots of gadgets all got too scratched to use after a while. High hopes for this one.

UPDATE One Month Later

Working GREAT on both phones. Self correcting plastic seems to work, which is great. I had a scratch 2 weeks ago which is gone now.

I got this after reading the rave reviews.

First when I applied it, it seemed like it's junk. I saw the many bubbles etc disappear within the next day. The phone looks good in it, and the streaks etc are gone.

I do have a couple of places where the skin has 2-3 minor curves separating from the phone which could eventually lead to getting stuck in cloth etc and coming off, but so far so good.

So, doesn't increase the size of the phone, doesn't change the looks either, just bugged by the cost. I think the packaging they put this in costs many times more than the product itself. If it were half the cost, I would give it 5*s. But since there is nothing else comparable in the market, you might as well suck it up and pay.

I bought this screen prtector because it covers the whole face of the pre, even the gesture area. When I opened it up and saw the directions I realized that this product is a lot like the film that is installed on cars (usually high end luxury cars) to prevent chips in key spots and be invisible at the same time. This is a sweet product and I have know doubt that it will last forever on my pre.

The skin works well. I would recommend getting the skin that covers the sides. I picked this one because it was cheaper, but the skin does show a line around edges and will pick up dust. The bubbles do fade after about 2 days. I ended up with about 3 rainbow lines near the bottom of my screen. I can't see them except when the screen is on, and most of the time I don't notice, but it is a little annoying. Also, if you don't align it right over the earpiece, some of the skin won't stick to the area around the earpiece. Otherwise, the cover seems to work well and is smooth to touch.

Trust the instructions on this one and just make sure you line it up right. Be careful with the applicator/plastic thing. I had it at too steep an angle and roughed up one spot on my cover. Believe them when they say the tiny air bubbles and streaks will go away. They did. It looks and feels great.

I have purchased several screen protectors over the past years for my Palm phones and my husband's blackberry device. I was constantly replacing them when the edges would peel and show scratches. The Skinomi is the best on the market. It's reasonable, easy to install, and holds up extremely well. They back it with a lifetime warranty for free replacements. I'll probably replace my phone before I have to request a replacement from Skinomi!

I can't believe how great this screen is. It has been on my phone for 2 weeks and hasn't budged. There are no bubbles, scratches, etc. I don't know why I didn't find this product before, but I would recommend it to everyone!
