I've listened to the album, watched the show and loved every minute of both. I would pay to watch them again, but I am glad I found it on youtube. Skins is a teen show that is more realistic, it does take some exaggeration at times, than American late teen dramas. Why is it the Brits know how to make a quality show and the US can't?

I feel like my music collection got cooler just with this one CD. Also, not only is this a great compilation of incredibly eclectic music, but the liner notes include the story points that correspond to each song. A must have for any fan of Skins.

I thought this show had a great soundtrack while I was watching it, and the CD doesn't let you down. It contains many of the greatest songs from the show, complete with a fold out wall poster (same picture as the front of the CD case). The back of the poster contains the names/artists of all the songs accompanied by a re-cap of what episode the song was played in and what was going on in the scene while it was playing. (ex., Cassie wishes Sid would look up.) I LOVE that, as it helps fans of the show to reminisce on their favorite scenes while simultaneously enjoying the music that went along with it. Also includes "Wild World" sung by Sid, which is fantastic. Highly recommended in all.

Great selection of songs from series 1 of Skins. Was so happy that the remix of Gossip's Standing in the Way of Control was included.

Fantastic soundtrack for a fantastic show! Too bad the show was only two seasons long with Nicholas Hoult and Mike Bailey [great actors!] Music is from the show and includes a song that is not in the U.S. version of the DVD release [but you can get the song with the download of the Season 1 Finale {episode 9} that has Mike Bailey (and some of the cast) singing "Wild World" from iTunes] - great song. If you like great music and haven't seen the show [and especially if you have] you should buy this - it's a great addition to any musical library! Buy It Now! ;-)

I love the show skins, so I decided to buy the soundtrack. I love how many different genre's of music are on it. It didnt take long to be delivered, and it wasn's over priced. I am glad I bought it because I enjoy listening to it.

It was great, it has every type of genres of music. And unlike how other tv show soundtracks use songs that they like-this soundtrack uses the actual music from the show. And I'm glad they have the theme song because that was my favorite part of the show.
