Better price than any sale price where I live...I use it to make dog treats so I use a lot...

The best peanut butter ever, very crunchy. Wish it came in a large size.

I NEVER REALLY ENJOYED CHUNKY PEANUT BUTTER BEFORE AS MOST OF THE BRANDS I TRIED WERE ALL TOO SALTY AND HAD BIG CHUNKS OF PEANUTS. ONE DAY MY AIDE WENT SHOPPING FOR ME AND I ALWAYS BOUGHT SMOOTH PEANUT BUTTER BUT SHE PURCHASED THIS ONE BY ACCIDENT AND IT TURNED OUT I LOVED IT SO MUCH THAT I GET 6 JARS DELIVERED BY SUBSCRIPTION EVERY MONTH AND I ALWAYS HAVE A SMALL FORK AND A JAR NEAR MY BED AND COMPUTER AND IF I FEEL A LITTLE HUNGRY OR JUST WANT A SNACK I EAT IT RIGHT OUT OF THE JAR. IT MAY BE CALLED SUPER CHUNK BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN THE SIZE OF THE PEANUT CHUNKS, IT MEANS THAT THEY CHOPPED THE NUTS SMALLER BUT PUT MUCH MORE IN THE PEANUT BUTTER WHERE I WOULD SAY IT IS ABOUT 90% PEANUT PIECES. YOU AS WELL AS YOUR CHILDREN WILL LOVE IT AS MUCH AS I DO.

I bake a lot of peanut butter cookies. Plus everyone in the house, dogs included eat peanut butter, so you might say we're connoisseurs of a sort. I always have A LOT of peanut butter on hand. It goes quickly, so freshness is never an issue.

Today, because I happen to have both brands, I felt like a pb and crackers taste off lunch. Right off the top, no hesitation, Skippy kicked Jif's butt.

First the color and texture: Skippy hands down. Thick, beautiful, bold golden peanut density. Quality. The peanuts taste like they're very fresh. That little Skippy swirl on the top, you could see the color differentiation. The speckles of the nuts.

Jif was okay. Nothing to write home about. Thin. Color VERY uniform. Like everything was mashed to a pulp. Maybe that makes a difference. I don't know.

A couple of years ago, Jif cornered the market with an intense deliciousness and peanut flavor and it's molasses sweetening. I don't know what happened..but it's thinner and the molasses is gone.

Skippy rules.

Super chunky and super tasty are the words I will chose to describe this peanut butter. Peanut butter is one of the staples I rely on after gastic by pass surgery and this brand never disappoints me.

This was a great value. My growing family of four boys goes through a lot of peanut butter and I'm happy when I can get a good deal on it. Skippy is a brand I trust and the peanut-y taste is a hit with all the kids. Great in recipes too.

We go through a lot of Skippy in my house so I signed up for the subscription. The sunscription price, right now, is 9 cents per ounce (its up to 10 cents/oz as I write this). Thats way better than any sale I could find in Walmart, Target, Kroger, or any other store in the area. I will buy with the subscription as long as they can beat the store prices.

Need I e-Laborate?

Quality is excellent. It's definitely chunky with good texture, but it's a little too sweet for my taste.

This is a husband approved product. Mine is totally nuts for this supper nutty spread.
