Very Entertaining, A Great Listen,

I first heard of Guy Davis while watching Noggin with my daughter. Then I caught the tail-end of an interview he did promoting Skunkmello on NPR. I love his raspy voice and clever tongue-in-cheek lyrics and of course the blues style is classic in its own right. If you like blues or something original and not produced at a huge music factory (a la most music released today), then this is a great buy. I actually downloaded it from iTunes (I prefer not to have to store more CD's) and have enjoyed it imensely!

An excellent CD and a great addition to your collection. Good listening experience and gets better the more it's heard! Each song is unique and does not grow old! Love the 12 string!
