Not worth it,

I bought this item to go on a trip to India, but it's way too thin. The label says don't be fooled by how thin it is, well it's just too thin (the Gel Material on the picture looks thicker, it isn't, it's barely 1 inch thick, it's extremely thin nothing like the picture).
I think the idea is good, but they need to redesign being more realistic of people's weight and built on the design. This is not meant for anyone average or larger build. I regret purchasing it. Label says once opened cannot be returned so... be sure you want it.

No noticeable cushioning. Used it on a 3700 mile drive during a 2 week vacation and could not even tell when it was in place. On the plus side, it did not slide from position. On the negative side---so what?---felt no different than not being there.

This is a wonderful product for anyone who has sciatica. I always take it with me, and it has eliminated my sciatica problems when I have to sit for a long time or on hard chairs.
I love it!!!

the idea sounded great.. jell like cushion for those older plane seats with padding all compressed flat... in reality.. the cushion is just not thick enough! i thought it made the seat even more hard to sit on.. i left mine on the plane....

I use the skwoosh travel seat at my breakfast table to relieve my lower back pain. I have used it on long drives and at hotel conferences, when I have to sit 8 hours. It really works for me. I will take it on our vacation this May and the flights we take over 2 hours long.
It fits in my backpack, great to have. Great price.

Skwoosh to Japan,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I figured my recent trip to Japan would be a true test for this product. The product was easy to carry- folds and was easily placed in my tote. Although 13 hours is a verrrrrry long trip and no matter what you sit on, one's butt will eventually tire out. I did notice that when I didn't have it on the economy seat, I sure noticed the difference.

This was purchased as gift for a person that travels in a car frequently. Shortly after receiving the gift it was put to use and found to provide extra comfort on long drives. Additionally, it was transferred to the office chair to make it much more comfortable too.
