My one year old Sky Caddie ceased working, and I decided to replace the battery before sending the device back to the manufacturer. The Amazon company that I chose advertized the best price I could find by a large margin, and I received the new battery very quickly. Happily, the battery solved my problem, and I am enjoying my Sky Caddie again. I decided to order a second battery just to have a "back-up" in case I have the problem again. I have to charge the battery after every two golf rounds, and I play A LOT of golf so perhaps I will need a new battery every year. I have had NOTHING but good results using Amazon sellers and will continue to use the site whenever necessary.

Installed the replacement battery and used twice now on courses. Holds charge dependably even after 4 1/2 hours of use. Good product offered at a reasonable and much reduced price from skycaddie. Long-term life yet to be determined.

I gave a bad product review - it turns out it was the device - not the battery -

I'm not sure why but this new battery doesn't seem to hold a charge as long as the original one.

On the positive side, I did receive it quickly.

The original battery I ordered was never received. When I contacted the company, they checked with USPS and concluded the item was lost somewhere in the system. They reshipped another battery which I received in five days. No hassle customer service.
