4 separate stories here, with pretty explicit sex in each. The first 2 including the titled story is love between classmates. The titled story is an engaging read and I do like the uke (he is not as gullible as we thought) and there is one sex scene which I have not seen before and I have read most of them (quite well drawn too..grin).
The second story is pretty cute and I like the seme here. He is one cool chap. And his clueless uke with a tuft of hair tied up at the back is adorable.

The 3rd and 4th stories tell a rugged investigator and his bookish assistant finding the loves of their lives. The investigator romancing a guy with a haunted past, who works in a cafe is my favorite and I wish it could have been longer. The 4th one on the lovable assistant hooking up with his younger, rich, much taller (cute contrast here) and smart childhood friend is pretty good too. Overall a fine explicit Yaoi collection and her artwork is pleasing too.

Incidentally this is 801 Media Inc's first release. 801 Media is DMP new label for real Yaoi mature themes. Notice that the book itself with its size and dust jacket is exactly like a Japanese Yaoi tankoubon except that it is English. Love the packaging and well done DMP!

It's hard to explain why I like this book. The art is pretty good, the characters are decent, and the stories are sweet. But other than that, it's kinda average (even predictable). One thing that caught me off guard, though, was the details of the erotica in this book. When you first read it, you really get the feeling like it's a shonen-ai (a couple of sweet kisses here and there). But then "boom" you get hit with this very steamy, and oh so detailed imagery (phew). I mean, the author made absolutely NO attempt to censor out anything. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. But man, I was not expecting that.

The first story had a really nice ending. I really hope there's a second part to this book. But if not, I think the author wrapped it up nicely. I didn't care too much for the other 3 stories. Some of them even contained stuff that I wouldn't normally like. But the first one really makes it worth it. So to sum it all up: I'd say, get it. Personally, I won't add this to my permanent collection. But it was a nice read.

this is a very cute, touchy feely little yaoi book. not to say it isn't awesome, but despite the fact that it has sex scenes the overall feeling is sort of like "awww...." the first love story of the title is very good and solid, plus the detective stories, which feature some actual adult protagonists, who look like adults and everything! and the sex is a bit more original than the typical stuff, which is also appreciated.
