Good book for new aerobatic pilot, January 25, 2011
This review is from: Skydancing: Aerobatic Flight Techniques (ASA Training Manuals) (Paperback)
Ive read and executed the aerobatic manuevers written in this book.
The things i like about the book are
1)PRO: It has a,,, fairly well drawn picture of what the pilot will see out the when he is flying the maneuver.
1)CON: Don't think that this is a "teach yourself how to be an aerobatic pilot" book. I feel that the book is a supplement to a pilot taking an upset flight course.
2)PRO: There are some really nice illustrations. They is a easy "plain english" way of describing aerodynamics while visually showing the reader what the written words are talking about.
2)CON: Dont really have one,,, (perhaps the book could be better with more color, and with more pictures)
Remember, this is just my opinion at the time i wrote this review.
I think its a nice supplemental read.
