I found in this book after reading it, that it would have probably been an excellent book for those who are considering sky diving training. I read it in search of more knowledge after my AFF training and found it to be an excellent book for during or prior to training. I was also able to pick up on some more information that I had not picked up yet after my training, but most of the book dealt with a very good introduction into skydiving. I defitenetly would recommend it, the pictures in the book where very helpful.
