I wish I knew why Skylife was discontinued. It is a wonderful album of the early Turtle Island String Quartet works from the more famous "Skylife" and "Gettysburg" to the less known "Dexteriors" and "Grant Wood." Anyone who appreciates music will like this. I'm not a big fan of jazz as a rule but I still love Turtle Island! Definitely worth the extra effort it took to find a used CD.
