Pro: Google Play Store, Micro SD expansion slot, Price(extra star given because of these factors)
Con: Slow, sluggish loading of apps, pics and videos, hazy screen lacks color vibrancy, Mono sound.

During black friday shopping weekend, I decided to give this product a try for $69. I've searched through all of the tablet deals and this tablet was the only one I found that was sub $100 that offered capacitive touch screen along with google play store, which turned out to be the right deal breaker for me to buy this one over the others. Please note that my 3 star rating was contingent upon the price itself, hardware alone is probably about 2.5 stars all together. The unit is serviceable and functional.

What came in the box was the unit, a usb 3.0 cable, a usb female cable and a charger. There were no earphones to be found. The unit required to be charged before I could get started. I inserted my micro SD card that was loaded with pictures.

I turned the screen brightness completely up along with the volume, and what I noticed was a screen that's somewhat hazy in color vibrancy. Comparatively, it was about half the brightness of the samsung galaxy tab 7 2.0. It reminds me of an older laptop screen in that regard. When I double tapped to zoom into my photos, I was only able to zoom in for a limited amount. I understood the screen resolution was limited, so that wasn't that big of a deal to me. However, there was a noticeable lag between switching from picture to picture. I wondered if it was because it was reading from the micro SD card instead of from the hardware itself?

The sound doesn't get very loud on its own.

This little guy blows away my 10.1 tablet with twice as much RAM and a faster processor. Just a phenomenal product for the price. Every bit as fast as my daughter's Kindle Fire. It just sucks that you only have about a half gig of storage available to install Apps. Seriously, why skimp there? It would be at the top of the heap were it not for this.

Speakers are loud, browsing is quick, display is quick and responsive. Very easy to operate, long battery life... Do they make a 10.1" model of this with more storage memory? If so, I'd get one!

My opinion: My wife and I bought these for family members for Christmas, and I got them out to insert the Micro SD cards (yes, the expandable memory is nice) and add a few apps since I know the family members we got them for are not tech savvy. I am amazed at how slow this thing is compared to even the cheapest Android phone I have ever used. You will need to download an "App killer" application because it really can't run one program decently without you quitting all other functions. As of this review, you can't even run Hulu Plus on it. It is a decent eReader though, and will also run the critical apps well like Calendar and Email. >>>> It's a budget tablet - you get what you pay for. <<<<<

I wanted a cheap tablet to experiment on. This for $69 at officemax fit the bill. It has low resolution screen 800x400 somehow shows more memory than the box says..box said 500mb but the system reports 1 gb. THats a great surprise. Mon speaker not so good. Microsd card slot..fantastic. no bluetooth. No hdmi output and outputing via usb to hdmi hasn't worked yet for me. The microphone isn't too good as it never correctly accepts voice commmands. Battery life is horrible under 2 hours sometimes just over one hour. But again functional for $69. I didn't expect much. Wish microphone was better. Wish t had hdmi out too. But the plan was buy this and figure out what features I really want in a better tablet. Ii use it sporatically for yucks.

I purchased this product on black friday for $69. For $69 it is a decent product but it is very slow starting up and loading apps. Also, everything I read on the product stated that it comes with google play store. Mine did not but I was able to download the app so it turned out ok. The screen is decent but the sound is below average. My worst experience is that the sound rocker switch has broken within two weeks of ownership. Only the increase side of the switch is now proud of the case, the decrease side is recessed into the case. The work around is to increase the sound so it is displayed on the screen and then use the touch screen to reduce the sound. I have now given it to my 3yr son and purchased a samsung tab for myself. My 3yr uses to play apps. He seems to enjoy it. I would say hes only complaint is the battery life seems very short. I believe it discharges in about 1hr and takes at least 2hrs to fully recharge.
