This is a good, durable suitcase. The only thing that I would change about it is that I would put an additional zippered pocket inside the case to hold smaller items. I also think that I should have ordered a smaller size because I am a small person and it's hard for me to haul this suitcase around because of its large size. It has so much space that I found myself packing things that I didn't need so that I could fill the case!

We just returned from 7-days on the road and in the air. Our 3-Skyway Sigma 2 29in. Vertical Expandable Packing Cases stood up to some of the toughest conditions and knuckle-dragging baggage handlers. The cases are very durable and look nearly as good as the day we received them. Extremely lightweight and functional, we look forward to our next trip with these bags. And the best thing is the price.

My old luggage broke while I was at a conference. I ordered this suitcase to be shipped to the hotel. The company worked very hard to get one shipped out immediately. Unfortunately, the shipping company sent the package in the wrong direction and it didn't arrive until after I left the conference (with my old luggage duct taped). This company arranged to have the order forwarded to my home address AND refunded me the cost I paid for expedient shipping. They were wonderful to work with, very kind and reasonable. The luggage is lightweight yet very sturdy and has plenty of pockets. I will buy more to create a full set.

THIS IS ACTUALLY ONE ON THE BEST PIECES OF LUGGAGE THAT I HAVE PURCHASED IN ABOUT THE LAST 10-15 YEARS. I DO A LOT OF TRAVELING AND MY FAMILY PRCHASE A LOT OF LUGGAGE AND THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST DURABLE PIECES. I HAVE TOLD OTHERS ABOUT YOUR SITE AND THEY ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE LUGGAGE AS WELL.

Outstanding service. I ordered on Monday, item was delivered to my front door on Thursday.

I traveled on Saturday and the product more than met my needs and expectations.

Went to China and had luggage and weight limitations - this bag fit everything - and survived lots of rough travel in the country. I was very pleased with this purchase.

I bought this suitcase for my mother because she travels so much. She is so impressed by the quality of this item, but even more impressed how lightweight it is. After her first trip she called to tell me how much she liked it. Not only that the price was great!!!

It is a big Luggage, useful when you carry all your stuff. Good quality. The delivery fulfill my needs (2 days), because I was in a hurry.

I ordered this for a cross-country trip we made this winter. It's a pretty good suitcase, with lots of room inside, and enough outside compartments to satisfy. It feels just slightly flimsy, but I have to admit, it held up just fine for all our trips, even when carry ski boots inside!! It is nice and lightweight, and the handle & wheels work fine.

We would definitely buy this again.

This luggage frame shattered and perferated 2 expensive garments.... Based on the sales pitch stating that the luggage was lightweight and strong enough for internation travel, I bought 2 29" Skyway Sigma 2 units. I don't know if the others who rate this brand and model have actually travelled with this luggage, but both of the 2 pieces that I bought broke on European and Asia trips (2 trips; 2 broken structural parts). This is truly a 'buyer beware' situation. One of the frames broke and destroyed some expensive clothes inside. Customer service refers me to their warrantee that EXCLUDES ALMOST EVERYTHING. Amazon should discontinue selling these things.
