Tough and Attractive, January 19, 2011
What a nice surprise. The bag is tough and very attractive. I use it for gym and swimming equiptment, so I can have 30lbs + in the bag at any given time. I've draggged it through several weeks of a Northeast winter with no signs of wear and tear. Strap connections and zipper pulls are metal and very sturdy. Overall this is a great bargain for the price.

Nice bag., July 10, 2010
This review is from: Skyway Sigma 2 27" Rolling Gear Bag (Apparel)
This is a pretty nice bag for the price. I've been on two cross country trips with it over the last month and a half (loaded with about 40 lbs of stuff) and the only wear it's showing is some scuffing of the material on the underside. It looks like it may wear all the way through soon though, and if it does, I'll update this review.
Pros: Lots of pockets, very light, sturdy handles, and it rolls well.
Cons: Aforementioned scuffing, doesn't stand up on its end very well (though this is a duffel type bag, so I guess that can be forgiven), also, it feels as though the zipper pulls could break pretty easily if you're not careful with them because they tend to go off-center with the zipper itself. No problems if you're careful to center them prior to pulling.
Would definitely repurchase if I was in the market again.
**Edit 6/11/11**
After a year or so of moderate use (3 plane trips, maybe 10 or so "local" overnight trips), this bag is about ready to give up the ghost. The wear I spoke of in my inital review indeed wore all the way through so the bottom of the bag is pretty messy, with the handle frame exposed. I'm not rough with my bags, though I'm not particularly careful, but to see it wear like that so quickly was disappointing. The handle itself (I'm talking the telescopic handle you use when rolling your bag around) feels like it's on shaky ground and may not last much longer. Lastly, the fact that it does not even try to stand up on its end (though it's shown standing up in its pictures) irritates me more and more with every trip.
On the bright side, despite my initial concern, the zippers have help up very well and the bag itself is in fantastic shape.
A year of use for $40. Not bad, but I'm ordering another from a different manufacturer this time.
