This little suitcase seems a bit flimsy, but I commuted weekly on the train for 10 weeks last summer, and it never broke.

I loaded it heavy with books and dragged it over cobblestones, but it took it all in stride.

Something did chafe a whole in the inside liner, but considered the abuse I heaped on this, I'm impressed.

I'd buy another.

This is a really nice carry-on piece. I liked the blue color and the bag seems to be very well constructed. I was afraid it might look cheap, but I am happily surprised that the luggage feels elegant and is super-light as well. I will definitely be using this for all my carry-on needs for years to come!

Size is just right for taking on the plane and train. Well made and exceptional warranty. I would like to give six stars if it had four wheels for upright rolling.

I ordered two of these for my husband and myself to take on a trip overseas. They were sturdy and held a lot. The only issue I had with them is that they do not stand alone upright. We had to turn them around and prop them up. Other than that, they're a great carryon for not a lot of money, so propping them wasn't a big deal.

I would like to take a moment to give praise to the company called Luggage Point who is selling this product. I tried to purchase a product from Luggage Point and they no longer carried the product. They offered to give me a refund or to select another product. In the meantime there were some computer glitches along the way which delayed my refund. I gave Luggage Point a one star review because of this.

They are an excellent company and after getting to the bottom of the computer glitch they have been nothing but 5 star in their customer service. In fact I would go so far as to say I have never received such good service. They really care about their company and take pride in their online business. I need to figure out how to retract that one star rating I gave them.

IN SHORT, TRUST THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE AWESOME!! I feel bad about having given them the one star review. Such nice people! Especially Ms.Rinki Taneja in Business Operations. She has sent me so many nice emails and really wanted to make sure the problem was corrected and that I was happy.
