Well, the answer to all those problems is just around the corner. "Slash Your Weight and Trim Your Abs" is the result of years of research. John's breakthrough was initially offered only to his selected group of students in his martial arts class and to private clients. Now it is made available to you at a fraction of the time and cost.

His method goes against the conventional wisdom which states that fat can only be burned by engaging in an overall aerobic activity for half and hour or more. The drawback with such a routine is that the work is not concentrated; it does not target a specific region where the fat mainly collects: around your abs. An overextended workout can be boring, and it contributes to the discarding of gut busting gadgets across the country.

He ensures the reader that he is not offering a crash diet program. So don't worry about losing what your body needs: water, glycogen, antibodies, enzymes, protein... Those components can be quickly depleted in days to give the appearance that fat is being trimmed. But regardless of what the TV infomercials tell you, fat burns slowly. Only fat will be "slashed" when John's concept of the "intensity factor" kicks in.

About the Author

The author has studied several styles of martial arts and used the experience he has gained over the years to develop his weight slashing program. He offers it as a supplementary part of his martial arts class.

He came 2nd in sparring at the Canadian Open Kung-Fu Championship for two years in a row, and he describes in his book how his gut busting techniques gave him the edge.
