This CD was a pleasant surprise. There are 16 tracks, each featuring a well-known guest vocalist. Unlike many duos CDs, there really isn't a bad track here. All of the songs are quite good. Two of my favorites are the first track, "Ghost," with Ian Astbury, and "We're All Gonna Die," with Iggy Pop. What really stood out for me, though, was Fergie belting out the lyrics to "Paradise City," by far the best track on the CD. Sorry Axl, but she leaves nothing to be desired here. Of course, Slash shreds through solo after solo on each track, so there's plenty of guitar here. There's no mistaking just who's album this is, despite all of the great singers that contribute. Very strong album. Get you some "Slash"!

Finally what rocknroll needed! A hard driving cd thats probably the best rock music in years. Slash(the best guitarist in rock) is on fire. With all different singers, Slash gave rocknroll what it needed a big kick. Awesome!
