Editorial Reviews

Product Description
Some have called it an exercise in depravity, while others have referenced it as an illustration of the warrior that exists within all women! It's "Last House on the Left" meets "The Desperate Hours" as four escaped sociopathic killers invade an isolated safehouse for abused women...and pure, unrelenting terror ensues. Shot in the same location as 1973's "Don't Look in the Basement" and starring Parrish Randall ("The Quick and the Undead", "The Fleshkeeper", "Birdie and Bogie") as the psychotic leader of this quartet of sadistic killers, this is one film NOT to watch alone!

5.0 out of 5 stars Raw, Grindhouse, and Violent Low-Budget Masterpiece, February 28, 2008
I was first treated to this film at Texas Frightmare Weekend 2008 where it premiered with the cast at hand.

Parrish Randall writes, directs, and stars in this low-budget masterpiece that is reminiscient of the grindhouse drive-in features of the past.

Three escaped cons along with the leader's girlfriend stumble across a house that shelters abused women. What follows is a series of violent acts of murder, rape, and torture. Of course, reminiscient of The Last House on the Left and I Spit On Your Grave, the bad guys get their comeuppance and revenge is taken before the credits roll.

The dialog in this film is profane and loud. The acting is passionate. The gore effects, while few and low budget, are realistic.

If you are a fan of grindhouse violence in the vein of Last House on the Left or I Spit on Your Grave, buy this DVD now.

1.0 out of 5 stars Completely inept..., July 21, 2008
By Franco Jesse (Pittsburgh, USA) - See all my reviews
Don't be fooled by the "Unrated Director's Cut" in the title...this piece of trash, which has the appearance of a home video, was obviously made without direction, writing, editing, acting talent, or even 20 dollars in the budget. Gory? Half the budget was spent on Cherry Kool-aid to simulate blood. Nothing in this movie--not one second of it--is the least bit entertaining, convincing, realistic or worthwhile. We are supposed to believe that because the female victims of a group of male prison escapees who invade their domestic abuse shelter inevitably turn the tables on their tormentors, the film somehow makes a "statement". Here's a better statement--don't waste your time or money on this cheap, insulting drivel.

1.0 out of 5 stars rip off, May 19, 2008
By blue saint (new mexico) - See all my reviews
This movie is total trash. The cover is misleading, this movie was not graphic, I have seen worse in r rated movies. The acting was bad. The violence and so called sexual acts were a joke. Don't waste money on this movie, it is not worth 2 cents.
