5.0 out of 5 stars HONORED TO HAVE MET THE AUTHOR, December 22, 2008

This review is from: The Slave Ship Clotilda and the Making of AfricaTown, USA: Spirit of Our Ancestors (Hardcover)
I am HONORED have had Mrs. Natalie Robertson as my former professor at Hampton University. I'm so proud of her for releasing her book and to find it online as well. Everyday her lectures engaged and captivated you as if she told stories through experience. This book takes you on the same journey that you would experience in her African American history course. As a student I was rarely interested in American History and knew little of it until I enrolled in Dr. Robertsons course. Since then I've related almost EVERYTHING in history to African American History. Students would take her course twice. Once as a requirement and second as an elective. This lady's work is impeccable and you will not be dissapointed!
