4.0 out of 5 stars Good stuff detailing the fate of escaped slaves on Athas., July 23, 1998
This review is from: Slave Tribes (Dsr1 Accessory Dark Sun Games) (Paperback)
What happens to the many slaves who escape the City-States? Well, the lucky few join the Slave Tribes. This book details several Tribes, from viscious raiders to peaceful artisans, including where they live, how they survive, and how to use them in your game. Excellent stuff. Also has an extended essay on slavery on Athas.

3.0 out of 5 stars Nice Item, but not Essential, June 24, 2008
By
Dr. Thunda (Albuquerque, NM) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Slave Tribes (Dsr1 Accessory Dark Sun Games) (Paperback)
This is a nice item for the afficionado or collector. Compared to some of the other accessories I found this one to be less useful and interesting. It goes into detail about a number of slave tribes in different regions of Athas and provides some interesting leads on how you might use them in a campaign.
