Consistant with the first two in series,

If you liked the first two books in this series then this book should please you. The quality of writing and the characters are very consistant. That said I was more interested in the characters and the cultures they were from than the military and battle encounters. I also still felt that too many characters and too many cultures were being juggled for me to truly get into any of them. The result is that I know the lead female character is Rose but I didn't feel like I really got to know her over the course of three books.

This review is from: Slaves Unchained (Slave Trade) (Mass Market Paperback)
Free the slaves from the alien Alpha overlords. Rise up, with spaceships. That sort of thing. Rose Rico has managed to pull together enough of an effective force to do something about the situation for the maligned and put-upon throughout the galaxy. About as unlikely a leader type as you coulud imagine, to begin with. |
