5.0 out of 5 stars A Universal Approach To Achieving Positive Progress, March 16, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Slay the Dragons, Free the Genie: Moving past negativity and resistance to get great results (Paperback)
I was already familiar with Dr. Ben Neiman's work on visionary planning from my Raytheon Six Sigma Expert (their term for Black Belt) training as well as my short stint with the Raytheon Visionary Team Planning Navigators. This book uses proven approaches for getting past "no" and getting to "yes" and a well charted path forward to success by helping you, your team, family, or work group to unleash the creative power that exists within each of us. Dr. Ben (as we referred to him during our training) draws on decades of experience and successful practice in visualizing and achieving the future using the techniques described so clearly in this book. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fresh approach to forging ahead on their journey toward improvement in their life -- both personal and professional.

This book is well written and light, but the material is strong. Clearly the author is drawing on a lifetime of experience and he has the mastery to do so. I found that his analysis and creativity useful in other parts of my life too. Worth getting.
