This was hilarious! Excellant plot, lots of humor, wonderful art, I'd recommend this to just about everyone I know. I haven't seen the anime, but from what I've heard this seems to be the manga teh TV series was based on. This second part covors Lina and Gourry meeting Zelgadis and Rezo for the first time, and ends when Gourry and Lina are separated.

This fantasy-based story has got some swordplay, some action, and a lot of comedy. A great mix of genres, which delivers an almost random yet completely entertaining plot with great graphics and artwork. The characters are well-developed and interesting, some of the monsters are right out of Lord of the Rings, while others are classic Astro-Boy style. Definitely in my top 10.
