I've experimented with many pillows, since I began sleeping with a CPAP. I use nasal pillows with an over-the-head unit. I fall asleep on my stomach, so it's always been a challenge to get comfortable on the edge of the pillow. This pillow relieves that, and I find that it's easier to get settled.

Combine this with the Hose Buddy, and life is MUCH better!

I love my SleePap Pillow! I do not have a full mask, but only a nose pillow headset. This pillow is great for me, my CPAP and my side sleeping ways. Perfect set up for putting my hand under the pillow, perfect cut-out for my Lady ResMed headset. Fairly firm which is great for both side sleeping and back sleeping. I now sleep through the night - I was waking a few times during the night with my old pillow. My headset doesn't move or slid off during the night. I no longer wake with marks on my face. It is just plain comfortable.
I love the cutout for my shoulder on the bottom.
The only thing more I'd like to have is an all cotton pillow case, not cotton poly. I've washed the pillow case that comes with it and it keeps its shape and size.

I felt like I was sleeping on a sand dune; the pillow was bulbous and hard. I couldn't adjust the height like I could do with a feather or polyfill regular pillow which I can kind of fold under itself. If I moved my head, it would slip off the crown of this pillow like ski's on an icy edge. I don't think that the guy in the picture is really sleeping; I couldn't. :)

Been using CPAPs for 15 years. Thought I didn't have a problem sleeping till I saw this product advertised. Tried it and realized that I didn't have a problem till I used it!!! Too bad, it's a logical idea.
