I suffer from early morning awakening which is just one of a myriad of sleep problems covered in this book. I tried the suggestions and began sleeping better. Though, I have read several other books on curing insomnia, this is the only one that gave me effective suggestions. It's thorough, practical, and easy to understand. Terrific book.
