5.0 out of 5 stars The only book with practical solutions to sleep problems
I've tried everything to solve my sleep problems including drugs and endless trips to the doc, but this is the only thing I've found that works for me. Apart from general useful information there is a 21 night program that is designed to solve 90% of sleep problems. I recommend it!

Has some useful information on the insomnia problem and some useful tips, but as a comprehensive program not as good as some of the other books in this area.
