5.0 out of 5 stars The Mother of all sleep books!, May 2, 2006
This review is from: Sleep Solutions for Your Baby, Toddler and Preschooler: The Ultimate No-Worry Approach for Each Age and Stage (Mother of All Solutions) (Paperback)
The first sleep book you should read and maybe the last. This book not only covers how to get your children to have a good night sleep, it includes ideas to help Mothers also.

Sleep Solutions is well researched and covers all the popular methods for sleep teaching. It does not advocate one method over another and encourages you to find what works for your family. The resources at the back of the book are also excellent.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sleep Doula Approved, May 1, 2006
This review is from: Sleep Solutions for Your Baby, Toddler and Preschooler: The Ultimate No-Worry Approach for Each Age and Stage (Mother of All Solutions) (Paperback)
Finally the Sleep Bible for all exhausted parents. This is amazing book with sleep solutions for all parents. As a doula who works with families with sleep problems, I encourage all my clients to buy a copy. It is great that it talks about all the options avaliable and ther benefits and drawbacks. The stories and tips from parents were fantastic and inspiring. The book is easy to get through and can be read cover to cover or based strictly on your needs. This is a very parent friendly book with non-judgemental support during such a critical and crazy time. I give it 5 stars and the Sleep Doula Seal of Approval.

3.0 out of 5 stars Decent overview, not enough practical advice, August 6, 2006
This review is from: Sleep Solutions for Your Baby, Toddler and Preschooler: The Ultimate No-Worry Approach for Each Age and Stage (Mother of All Solutions) (Paperback)
My 10 week old won't nap, yet nowhere in this book can you find any help on how to get your baby to take naps. The all important "Sleep Solution" I'm looking for can't be found here.
